T. Scott Daniel provides practical, client-focused legal counsel to individuals, families, and businesses throughout Humphreys County and Middle Tennessee. His work is informed by experience across the legal, real-estate, law-enforcement, and public-service fields.

Experience beyond the courtroom.

Before entering private practice, Scott spent approximately ten years in law enforcement and child-safety investigations. He also maintains experience as a Tennessee real-estate broker and serves as a Rule 31 Listed Mediator. That broad professional background helps him evaluate difficult matters from multiple perspectives and communicate in a straightforward, practical way.
